Two bedroom, one bathroom condo with a square footage of 950 located one block from the College of Charleston and six blocks from MUSC. All necessary appliances are in the unit as well as a washer/dryer. Amenities included are free basic cable with over 200 channels, free pest control, free water, free trash service, and groundskeeping twice a month. These units have large bedrooms 11x11 in size with two closets, a hallway closet, ceiling fans in every bedroom, storage in the bathroom, very large living and dining rooms, and 12 windows in every unit. Parking may be available for an additional $250 monthly. Pets under 25lbs. allowed.

Pet fees are determined by PetScreening FIDO Score based on pet breed, age, weight, vaccination records, and behaviors. Pet fees CANNOT be determined for a pet until the PetScreening application is completed.
Pet Screening Application: $20 single pet, $15 each additional pet
Non-refundable pet fee: $250-$325 per pet
Monthly pet fee: $25-$45 per month per pet
