$300,000 in Liability coverage
$3,000 in Medical Payments to Others
Personal property- full replacement amount

Please note that proof of renters insurance must be provided prior to move-in and throughout the lease term. We understand that accidents can happen, and we want to ensure that all parties involved are protected.

"PETSCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPROVED APPLICANTS, regardless of pet acceptance status of the home for which you are applying: A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require ALL APPROVED APPLICANTS to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). Submitting pet profiles requires the applicant to pay a maximum fee of $25 PER PET, payable to Petscreening.com at the time the profile is created. No-pet or assistance animal profiles are no cost to the applicant. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
