If you're applying as a housemate to be added to an existing lease at one of our properties, please click the blue "Apply Now" button on the left side of the page. All incoming housemates must apply, be approved, and added to an existing lease PRIOR to moving into a home. Once we have your complete application, we'll contact you via email to ask what address you're applying for.

Please note the following:

1. Current tenants are responsible for providing the new housemate(s) with information regarding lease terms, rent payments, utilities, etc..

2. Any agreements regarding who pays what portion of monthly rent, or how any deposit return will be distributed among current, former, and future housemates must occur as private arrangements between those housemates. RMS does not keep records of who paid what portion of any deposits, and considers the household responsible for total monthly rent as a whole.

3. Any deposit return will be issued as one check in the names of everyone who was on the lease at the time possession of the property is returned to RMS. We encourage current, former, and future housemates to maintain clear and open communication regarding how any deposit return will be distributed as a household.
