PetScreening is required for all applicants. There is no charge for a ESA or ADA compliant animal OR If you do not have a pet. There is a 25.00 charge for each pet to screen, this is payable to the Pet Screening company. This step will be required should you move forward and submit an application to rent any of the AAPM homes. Please Note: AAPM does not accept any pets under the age of 2 years old or over 75 pounds. ^*

If approved, please be prepared to submit, minimum one-month security deposit (based on individual credit listed above) and current months rent, pet rent, administration fee, wire fee, etc in certified funds or by wire transfer on the day of rental acceptance and no later than the next business morning at. Renters Insurance is required for entire tenancy. ^*

Disclosure of Fees - Application fee of $100.00 per Adult 18+/Married Couple and is required at the time of application that can be paid online by ACH, Credit or Debit Card ONLY. This is non-refundable and considered earned upon activating verification of your application information. All applications must be submitted separately. Please make sure you list the home you are submitting the application for along with any co-applicants names. Tenant Concierge Package - All tenants participate in our Tenant Concierge Package for 50.00 per month - in addition to Rent and any Pet Rent if applicable. This is not an optional service. You will be given a list of all items that come with the TCP at time of Contract. Upon Rental Acceptance, a one time 250.00 New Tenant Onboarding Admin fee is due and payable when submitting Rent, TSD, and any applicable Pet Fee's, Pet Rent or wire fee. ^*
